we are weathering the cold this week! i certainly don't like it but at least it provided chad an opportunity to tag a decent 9 pnt. i guess the "rut" was hot and heavy this week. all is well for now...i'm anxious for vegas market to come and go and honestly ready for spring so we can finish up some of the final house projects.
